Receptionist

West Park Crossing Retirement Community of Moose Jaw, a stunning  79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community is seeking an individual who possesses  exceptional social skills and able to multi-task assignments who will serve as the communitys Receptionist.

Requirements:
Greeting visitors and Resident Family at the front desk
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls
Directs visitors by maintaining resident and guest registry
Maintain office security by following safety procedures
Receive, sort and distribute daily incoming mail
Prepare receipts and processing payments
Ordering Photocopier supplies and maintaining counter
Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable
Fill  shifts for all departments as requested
Perform simple, routine maintenance of office equipment
Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying as requested

Specific Requirements:
Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
Office Administration Certificate
2 years experience in the clerical field
Demonstrating experience in Microsoft Software
Must have command of written and verbal English language
Maintain any certificates as required by provincial regulations
