Ranch Ehrlo Society has an exciting career opportunity within its Family Treatment Team. If you are interested in pursuing your career with a nationally recognized family treatment program, we are seeking a full time term Family Treatment Workers.

The Family Treatment Worker [FTW] provides day to day family care functions, including family transportation to treatment appointments, some childcare responsibilities, assistance with household management and basic parenting duties. FTW responsibilities ensure the provision of a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment for all of the families.  The Family Treatment position is centered on ongoing problem-solving and professional judgment.  It consists of assessing safety at all times, providing in-home, hands on support to families and making decisions so that family strengths are maximized.  The FTW reports directly to the Program Manager.
