Job brief: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ongoing cleaning of cooking and serving equipment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare dishwashing machine and report any maintenance concerns to the Chef
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Sweep and mop floors
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Handle and store cleaning products
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Complete other duties as assigned
***must be available weekends and evenings
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
