Explore this exciting Business Management opportunity to lead and grow the Saskatchewan business operations of a well-established Canadian service organization.


As Branch Manager, you will oversee the Saskatchewan business operations from a management/finance, employee leadership, client service and market growth/sales perspective.   The position is based out of Regina, and includes scheduled travel to Saskatoon and client sites.   This includes:

Business Management & Operations
Manage the daily business operations for Saskatchewan, providing client liaison, contract administration, reporting and sales/service support to technical team members.  

Motivate and work closely with the employee team to achieve service, growth and profitability targets.  Provide leadership, ongoing communication and technical sales assistance.

Provide accurate and timely reporting, with a strong attention to detail, while also keeping the big picture in mind.  

Ensure vehicle inspections, health & safety procedures, equipment maintenance and inventory levels are upheld.  

Client Service and Sales
Build/maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and enhancing service quality, efficiency and profitability.   Increase company market share in Saskatchewan through ongoing promotion of company service/products.    

Education:       
Diploma/Degree in business administration is an asset.      

Experience:    
Relevant experience in business management and supervision.

Attributes:
Strong leadership, motivation and communication skills.  
Customer service focused and demonstrated sales ability.  
Detail oriented, strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.  

MonFri, 8:00-4:30, with overtime hours as needed.
