Description

Southeast College is currently recruiting for a proven sales professional to join their growing team. Call us to discuss the benefits and opportunities of working with one of Saskatchewan's Top Employers.

The Business and Program Development Consultant will:
* Network and build relationships, implementing a consultative sales process with clients from all sectors
* Determine appropriate training to meet current and future labour market needs
* Provide creative approaches to solving problems, and developing solutions
* Establish, manage, and follow up on client accounts
* Represent College to external agencies as required
* Assist in program planning including equipment, and industry partnerships
* Provide input to the College marketing plan, providing a sales perspective
* Use CRM to track all contacts with clients, ensure database of contacts and clients is current and accurate
* Some travel will be required
* Collaborate with fellow Development personnel to ensure effective external and internal relations, record keeping, and consistent communication
* Perform day-to-day Campus management duties
* Other duties as assigned

Although relevant and related combination of experience and education may be considered, a relevant Bachelors degree providing knowledge in budgeting, needs assessment, written and oral communications, analytical and research skills may be preferred.  

Minimum three to four years of demonstrated business development, relationship building, sales, and problem solving skills are essential.
