The Ability Development Services by Bea Fisher is in need of a TEAM LEAD for our Residential Division.

Our candidate must be service oriented, flexible, resourceful, patient and caring.  Experience working with people with disabilities, including various behaviours would be an asset.  The primary duties of this position include direct care, administration, and assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the Group Home.  Flexibility in shifts required to accommodate individuals' needs.

Hours: Average 36.5 hours per week, shift rotation will include days and evening shifts and possible alternate weekends.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications:
- Disabilities Studies or Rehabilitation Diploma preferred (equivalencies considered).
- Personal care responsibilities may be required.
- Behaviour Management experience an asset.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communiction skills.
- Leadership experience an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle required.
