Warman Home Centre is recruiting for an experienced Estimator/Sales Associate for our busy building materials center.

This position will be ideally suited to someone who has construction/building experience such as: Contractor, Contractor sales; Project sales; Construction Manager or similar.
Our Sales Associates deliver a high standard of cost estimating and sales services to our customers/contractors for all their building needs: including houses, pole sheds, garages, etc. The selected candidate will assist in these efforts by providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service, with the goal of growing and strengthening our existing clientele.  

Position Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of construction; building materials industry; and products
Thorough knowledge of cost estimating such as ability to read blue prints; etc.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent math skills required
Computer experience required  such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
Be adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
Have a commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Provide exceptional customer service
Able to work a variety of shifts  including Saturdays, evenings and statutory holidays on a rotational basis.
Retail experience in a similar position would be a considerable asset
