Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or required to obtain within 6 months of employment
Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS)
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor Certificate
Participation in MORE ob program (Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
STABLE Program
Acute Care of the at Risk Newborn(ACORN) Certification
Other Information

Minimum 5 years Obstetrics Experience

Extra Training Required:

Ante/Intra/Postpartum Nursing
Newborn Care
High Risk Newborn Care
Breastfeeding
Documentation
Legalities in Nursing

Experience in adult/clinical education and leadership/conflict mangement.

A minimum of 5 years nursing experience of which at least 3 are in Obstetrical/Newborn nursing required.



Expected Start Date: August 20, 2018
Expected Up To Date: May 6, 2019
FTE: 0.80

Hours of Work: In a 6 week rotation: 22 shifts of 8.00 hours
