Adecco is recruiting for an Executive Administrator to work on a 1 year contract in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This contract is in the mining industry and will require managing schedules in multiple time zones. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior levels of management in efforts to meet and exceed expectations.
Executive Administrator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for composing letters, memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Create and maintain confidential records, documents, reports, and correspondence
- Accurate and up-to-date filing and sorting of documents
- Maintain senior management calendars in Outlook with the ability to adjust and prioritize to increase efficiency
- Arrange and coordinate meetings including invites, lunch, agendas, meeting minutes, and completing follow-up on action items
- Book travel, distribute itineraries, resolve issues, prepare expense claims
- Plan and coordinate functions and special events
- Assemble manuals and reports, including gather information, type, format, etc.
- Review invoices, ensure accuracy, get approval signatures and forward to the Accountants
- Serve as primary resource for the department staff with general issues and concerns, maintain a variety of files and records for information
- Create and maintain SharePoint intranet webpage for departments
Executive Administrator Qualifications:
- Five years experience in a similar/equivalent role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint administration is an asset
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Resourceful, flexible, reliable, and hard worker
- Communicates in a positive and effective manner
