Description

*IN-HOME Caregiver required for the care of 2 children (7 and 12). (*to be the employees preference whether to live in or live out of the employers home)
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Criminal record check required. Experience with Special Needs Children Preferred
Responsible for the household in absence of parents. Prepare and serve meals. Bathe,
dress and feed children. Care for pets (only in absence of employer). Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them. Read to children. Shop for food and household supplies (only as required) Supervise and care for children. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Laundry pertaining to children as required
Driver's Licence preferred but not required
Public transportation is available and nearby.
Candidate to be computer literate, be able to find information / research, be a critical thinker, be able to make a decision and solve problems, be able to communicate orally and in written text. To have a complete comprehension of English language
The household is 100% Non-Smoking.
Relocation costs will be covered by employer.
This is an urban area and accommodations are available (personal bathroom / wifi internet service). Room and board provided if required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
