Description

Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority is accepting applications for temporary part-time Education Project Coordinator to conduct research into developing an Education Act for the Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority. Applicants will also be required to collate three existing education policies into one policy manual for the Authority.

Qualifications:
prospective candidates will possess the ability to do research in the field of education administration with a focus on writing an education act as well as developing a common policy manual
knowledge of the Athabasca Denesuline culture, traditions and educational needs of the children an asset
experience in an amalgamation process is an asset
knowledge of the Provincial Education System as well as the education of on-reserve schools is an asset
ability to communicate with the communities, leadership and school staffs of the three northern communities of Hatchet Lake, Fond Du Lac and Black Lake sensitivity to the challenges of the isolation communities of Northern Saskatchewan is an asset
