SUMMARY
Process all film development orders and sell photography products
PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
Process, package, record, and deliver final product to customer
Monitor and maintain quality control for prints, packaging, andservice
Identify equipment problems and contact appropriate Help Line for assistance
File Equipment Repair Service Reports
Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to copyright/legal printing restrictions
Maintain Production log sheets and lab supply inventory
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep record of film orders
Maintain communication log book
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote lab services and sell products
Handle and resolve customer issues
Accurately accounts for cash, coupon, or credit transactions, and Optimum points
Requests customer Optimum card during each transaction
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily maintenance of photo lab equipment
Maintains a neat and orderly environment.
Merchandising
Organize backroom product
Ensure product is replenished on shelves in a timely manner
Cycle count advise appropriate person about stock outs/ shortages
Using PDT System
Complete all planogram adjustments and changes within provided timelines
Signage and talkers displayed accordingly including flyers, corporate markdowns
Advanced skills in MMS
Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, expiry dates, promotion, etc.
Maintains operating standard guidelines pertaining to image and trends in store.
Ensures product displays are consumer focused and shoppable
