Kelly Services are recruiting for an experienced Office Clerk to work on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have superb attention to detail and will always strive for a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in his/her work. You can adapt to new situations and challenges with ease.
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a professional office environment is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Use of standard office equipment such as Fax, Photocopier, Scanner, and Computers
Manual and/or electronic filing procedures - both alphabetical and numerical
Knowledge of office protocol and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in use of email and internet
Good numeracy skills
Accurate keyboard skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good organizational and planning skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Good data management
