Kelly Services are hiring experienced office and administrative assistants for jobs in the Saskatoon area.
You will manage a busy and dynamic office, provide administrative support to management and interact with clients daily. If youre ready to advance your career while receiving competitive pay and perks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage office and provide overall administrative support
Prepare and distribute correspondence, records, reports, forms and other documentation
Answer phones and greet in-person clients
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience in an administrative role
Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new systems easily and accurately
Relevant education in office administration is an asset
