Kelly Services are hiring an experienced Data Entry & Filing Clerk in Saskatoon.
The successful candidate will have excellent data entry skills, great attention to detail, and 1+ years experience in a similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Alphanumeric and Numeric Data Entry
Some Word processing in MS Word
Data entry in to Excel or other in-house software
Fax, photocopy and scan documents as needed
File, retrieve and distribute documents, records and reports both paper and electronic
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role/office environment
Knowledge of relevant software applications including Microsoft Word
Intermediate to Advanced Data entry and typing skills, with a high level of accuracy
Understanding of office protocol
Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
Able to handle a large volume of work
Proficiency in data management
