Job Overview: Fitter Welder

At S3 Wireform, a welder is part of a team that produces a wide variety of high quality product.

Key responsibilities include:
    -Effectively communicating with technical and production staff.
    -Producing weldments to specification, using shop drawings and instructions.
    Maintaining a safe and neat work environment.

A welder must be able to:
    -Perform all welding operations.
    -Read and understand shop drawings and instructions.
    -Understand how to use and care for jigs.
    -Use hand power tools.
    -Recognize material sizes and specifications of raw and in-process product.
    -Accurately complete time records and work orders.
    -Be a positive team player
    -Work with minimal supervision
