The Saskatchewan health Authority is seeking a family physician to take over Dr. Anatole Nguegno practice and provide physician services in the Parkland Integrated Health Centre and the Shellbrook Primary Health Care Centre located in the Town of Shellbrook.

Practice Profile: Size: Approx. 3000-4000 patients, Practice Type: Solo private practice (owner, EMR: Med Access, Start Date: As soon as possible, Payment Method: Fee for Service, On Call Rotation: 24/7 ER (1:6 call rota).
Job Duties: Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures, Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, Provide pre-natal and post-natal care, Advise patients on health care, Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities, Communicate health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention to patients, Perform patient advocacy role, Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues, Provide emergency care, Participate on institutional committees.

Additional Qualifications: Languages (English), Security & Safety (Current CMPA coverage, A valid Saskatchewan driver's license, Criminal Record Check, Credentials (Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan)
