Description

As a result of consistent and steady growth, NCCU is seeking a seasoned lending professional to oversee a loan portfolio of $110M.  Reporting to the Manager, Retail Services the successful incumbent will provide oversight of all lending functions and collection activities, while providing coaching and mentorship to 2 Member Account Managers.  As an independent worker the Loan Supervisor will maintain an environment of performance, excellence and innovation, while overseeing lending procedures and guidelines with a commitment to ensuring regulatory compliance in all lending functions.  You will create and develop strategies and offer technical support on products and services to meet member needs.
Our desired candidate has
2 years post-secondary education plus 5-7 years of progressive work experience.
Strong analytical, loan interview techniques, investigation and adjudication; while spotting opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements while applying concepts to credit adjudication.
Management and coaching experience with a record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Proactively employed good judgment and negotiation skills with account collection activities.
Clear and open communication with all levels of an organization resulting in service excellence.
Experience being the lead resource communicating as liaison with applicable regulatory bodies ie auditors
Proficiency in a full suite of computer programs and an ability to utilize technology to provide efficiencies.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
