On behalf of our client, EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS is seeking a Sales Assistant.
Position: Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales
Develop and manage growth plans
Assist with the sales management process
Create, monitor, implement, and distribute promotions
Manage and develop social media
Performance Management and Coaching
Design and implement a customer service training program
Develop and motivates sales team to achieve targets
Assist with new territories, compensation plans, and incentive ideas
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Administer and monitor
Qualities required: Personable, energetic, helpful, intelligent, hands on, proactive
Software knowledge: MS Office Suite, social media, Streamline Inventory Control System
Education required: Post-secondary
Experience required: 3-5 years
Number supervised: 4 outside sales, 3 CSR, 1 inside sales
Work schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM; 1/2-hour lunch at noon
Environment: Office with a shop in the back
Miscellaneous: Minimal travel required
