Pacesetter Homes is a single-family business unit of Qualico and we are seeking a Architectural Technologist/Production Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator contributes to the success and effectiveness of Qualico by providing drafting and production coordination support exclusively to the Pacesetter Homes division. The Production Coordinator is an active participant of the construction team and contributes towards maintaining best practice standards.
Working CEducation & Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Architectural Technologist Degree or Diploma is required.
1 to 3 years experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
1 yearof drafting experience is preferred.
Understanding of construction terms and building materials.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Prior experience working with NewStar and/or Adobe PDF is considered an asset.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
