On behalf of our client, we are searching for an Office and Finance Assistant to begin work as soon as possible.
This position will encompass general office duties (30%), data entry/bookkeeping (30%), functional support (ED & Development - 30%) and other (10%).
Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM
Salary: TBD; depending on experience
Parking: Pay parking
Dress Code: Professional
This candidate must:

Have 3 - 5 years of experience

Be focused on efficiency
Skills Required:
Proficient Use of MS Office Suite
Simply Accounting/Sage 50
Strong Data Entry and database management skills are required
Knowledge of Crystal is a bonus
