This position is responsible to oversee the operations of Corporate Services throughout the Brandt Group of Companies. Plays a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership teams and executing top level direction. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
The ideal candidate will have a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline and 5-7 years experience in an Administrative role at an Executive Level. Experience in office procedures and practices along with knowledge of Microsoft Office would be considered an asset. In addition, proven organizational and time management skills as well as accountability and dependability will be critical. Past experience working in the same business sector would be ideal.
