Description

Condominium Corporation in Regina in need of a full time building caretaker responsible for day to day caretaking at a 120 unit-3 story building. The successful applicant will be responsible for a broad range of duties including but not limited to: janitorial, small maintenance and repairs, co ordination and oversight of maintenance with 3rd party contractors, snow removal and grounds keeping, monitoring of building systems(HVAC, fire protection, etc)and various other related tasks.
The caretaker will work in conjunction with the Property Management firm to perform any and all tasks associated with efficient operation of a residential condominium complex to ensure a clean and and safe environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with training or experience in similar environments or with building systems operation but not a requirement.
Wage dependent on experience with a competitive benefits package available.
