Deliver lift truck safety training programs in a territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and deliver training and other safety training programs
Develop new business/sales opportunities through cold calling and territory management
Meet minimum performance standards and sales/training objectives
Present safety training and other related programs according to the guidelines established in the trainers manual, CSA standards and Ministry guidelines
Provide hands on instruction on the recommended method for operating material handling equipment
Assist in developing new training programs
Stay current and up to date on government legislation relating to the company training programs
Provide training as required to meet the needs of customers and to schedule training hours around the needs of our clients (Note: weekend and/or evening hours are a requirement of this position)
Provide consultation to customers on their training needs
Represent the companys interests in a professional and ethical fashion in keeping with our corporate goals and objectives.
