Adecco is hiring for a contractual Electrical Engineer in Regina, Saskatchewan. To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Electrical Engineering and Professional Engineer Designation registered to practice in Saskatchewan (P.Eng). Must have at least 3 years experience.
Responsibilities:
- The Electrical engineer provides engineering services to safely support the operation, maintenance, improvement, and expansion of our clients electrical and instrumentation systems and associated facilities.
- This includes applying sound engineering and industry principles, standards, practices, and technology; and identification and recommendation of effective business solutions supporting departmental and Corporate objectives.
In addition to the above, the candidate will:
- encompass Project Management, Design, Technical Support and Planning/Optimization/Recommendations
- Majority of duties will center on Project Assignments, where duties will include, but not limited to, determining Work Scopes, Estimates & Schedules, completion of project reports, participating in project meetings, assigning work to external resources, ensuring external resources meet expectations and measuring performance of external resources.
- Design performance may also be required
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineer
- Experience as required to obtain Professional Engineer Designation (P.Eng)
- Class 5 driver's license
- Project Management Professional Certification - PMP would be an asset but not mandatory
Experience with the following software would be beneficial
MS Office, Project Server, Share Point, ESRI, GIS, ACAD, Bluebeam
