Moose Jaw Ford is growing and looking for a Service Advisor to add to our team! We're searching for someone with great people skills, who is an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service.
What You'll Do:
Be the main communication link between customers and technicians.
Review vehicle history with customers and make maintenance recommendations.
Continuously communicate with the customer to authorize repairs, giving quotes and confirm pricing.
Report to the Service Manager to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
Valid Drivers License
Energetic, outgoing personality
Customer service or retail experience is an asset, but not required
