Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Required Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Practical Nursing Diploma
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
One year of home care experience preferred
Valid drivers license with access to a vehicle.
Expected Start Date: June 25, 2018
FTE: 0.40

Hours of Work: 45.00 hours per 3 week rotation
