Trades Labour Corporation is currently recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of our client.
Successful candidate must have strong administration skills and able to handle a very busy front desk in a medical office.
Responsibilities to include however to limited to: handling front desk, greeting patients, booking appointments, working closely with the doctors to ensure all requirements are met.
Knowledge of Medical Records software namely Accuro would be an asset.
Candidate does not have to have medical clinic experience, however, would be an asset.If worked in the healthcare system, would be an asset.
