Description

We're a Saskatoon based Sports Tech company seeking a highly-motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing team.

Your duties will include:

- Setup / on-board new accounts (performing product training calls and online presentations)
- Assisting existing clients with marketing and outreach initiatives
- Maintain and build new client relationships
- Handle and direct product support inquires
- Updating help and training materials
- Acting as a personable, friendly and engaging initial point of contact for our clients
- Outreach to prospective new clients

An ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about sports
- Experience with account management / phone based client management
- Have a passion for people & customer - always offering the highest level of support
- Be highly organized with great attention to detail
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Take ownership of accounts, adopting a proactive approach to solving customer problems
- Have above average computer skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Be experienced using CRM software and/or customer support software, such as Zoho, Salesforce or Zendesk
- Be able to perform online presentations
- 2 years of client support experience, ideally in the tech or real estate industries
- Some post-secondary education
