Show Home Attendant

Maison Design+Build is an award-winning, boutique home builder specializing in delivering design-driven homes to the Saskatoon market. Maison provides clients with high quality custom homes, that go beyond the industry standard. These homes are built to last and are built around the clients lifestyle.
Maison Design+Build is currently looking for a mature, enthusiastic, Show Home Attendant to join their talented team. This is a temporary, part-time, position based in Saskatoon.
Show home hours are Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Depending on availability, multiple candidates may be considered.

The successful candidate will be required to attend a mandatory orientation session prior to the start date of the position.

The salary for this position starts at $15.00/hour (negotiable based on experience).

Responsibilities:
Opening and closing Show Home each shift
Greeting public and providing accurate information about Show Home features and MAISON Design+Builds services
Forwarding potential clients on to MAISON Design+Builds Sales Team for follow up
General cleaning to ensure show home remains in pristine condition
Replenishing brochures and point of sale marketing materials
Promote MAISON Design+Build to the general public

Skills and Experience:
Great interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Saskatoon and its new neighbourhoods
Professional and courteous when dealing with customers
Above average verbal communication skills
Experience in retail sales or serving dealing with the public is considered an asset

Other:
Dress is business casual (no jeans, sweat pants or yoga pants)

Requirements:
Valid saskatchewan Class 5 drivers license
Reliable transportation
