Prairie Co-operative Limited operates 12 locations in the communities of Melville (3), Lemberg, Fort QuAppelle (2), Lipton, Cupar, Strasbourg, Ituna, and Kelliher (2). Our mission is to provide quality products and service in a sustainable manner to all our members and communities.

Prairie Co-op is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Administration Office team in Melville!

DUTIES:
- Come to work with a positive, professional, approach, appearance and attitude
- Be dependable for all scheduled shifts
- Process data and to file invoices and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform various office duties as assigned, such as typing, copying, filing, etc.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Prairie Co-op policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills        
- Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Friday
- Computer Training & experience an asset
- Ability to deal effectively with in a team environment
- Grade 12
- Self motivated
