What will your role entail? An entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude will allow you to successfully develop business, manage accounts, and source candidates in your area of expertise. You will have responsibilities in the areas of managing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying and recruiting top talent, matching quality candidates with premiere employers, and following through with successful placements.
What do you need to succeed? Along with a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal, communication and time-management skills, you will:
Be dedicated, persistent, innovative, flexible and driven to succeed
University or college degree/diploma is an asset
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of Sales experience
Proven self-starter who demonstrates a high level of business and entrepreneurial qualities, which supplements your charismatic interpersonal skills
Recruitment experience is an asset
