Camp Monahan is searching for an enthusiastic swim staff member to supervise beachfront, lake activities for campers aged 6 to 16. You have the ability to run pool-based activities such as skill development, water safety, and age-appropriate games in the camp's junior Olympic-sized pool.  For the swim staff position, you are ideally 18 years of age and have current National Lifeguard Service and CPR-C certificates but Bronze Medallion/Bronze Cross may be considered.  This person will also work with fellow staff to positively guide the campers through beach, lakefront, pool programs and other camp activities and is expected to fully participate in the camp experience including chapel, campfire, meals, group activities and staff meetings. This position works closely with the Programming & Planning Chair of the Board of Directors and reports to the Executive and Camp Director.
