Kelly Services is recruiting for an Experienced Accounting and Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Saskatoon for a Service Organization. This opportunity could become a permanent career.
Duties:
Invoicing, setting up work orders, closing work orders, invoicing and Inventory Management
Assisting with Accounts Receivable
Process expense reports
Scheduling service technicians
General administrative duties including mail, Scanning and filing of documents
The successful candidate will be:
Detailed Orientated
Highly Organized
Great communication skills both written and verbal
A technical background is desirable
Education
Candidate will have completed a diploma or a degree.
