Provide assistance with evening routine Monday thorough Sunday including:
Observe resident hourly (resting, awake), attend to requests where required,
Turn / reposition resident if required and/or as requested,
Provide snacks or fluids as may be requested by patient,
Maintain a current, accurate, confidential client reporting system,
Manage any unanticipated events or unstable situations,
Consult with family members and other supports to ensure that care is on-going and that all client needs are identified and met.
Laundry; wash, dry, fold, and temporarily store Laundry for others to place away.
Light house cleaning tasks, wash and put away dishes, sweep, dust, clean main bathroom, maintain and clean all open /common areas.
Meal organization as requested,
General
Organize time and resources based on the individual needs of clients,
maintain current, accurate, communication journal,
Perform other related duties as required
Hours of Work 6:00PM to 12:00AM (6Hrs); 12:00 AM to 7:30AM (7.5Hrs)
Shifts subject to change based on Employers schedule.
Drivers License an asset.
