Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President Agriculture, the Sales Agronomist is responsible for:
* growing their key farm accounts
* targeting and acquiring new grower customers
* understanding customer needs and providing product solution recommendations
* maintaining customer management database
*Providing timely service, agronomic information and advice to current and potential customers.
* meet or exceed sales objectives
Qualifications
A combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Grade 12 or recognized equivalent, supplemented with successful completion of Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate or equivalent post-secondary education. CCA Preferred.
Designation as a Professional Agronomist would be considered an asset.
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license.
