Description

As a Sales Manager you will be accountable for sales and service excellence of SaskTels Information & Communications Technology (ICT) products and services for wireline and wireless business solutions.   You are accountable for retention of existing revenues, generation of new revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.   This role represents SaskTel in the business community interfacing with customers on all business issues, establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the community.  As a leader and motivator of an aggressive sales force in a highly competitive marketplace, we have expectations that you represent SaskTel in a professional manner all while representing SaskTels Values.

Position Requirements
1.Business Admin/Commerce Degree or combination of relative education and business/sales expertise.
2.Thorough knowledge of marketing & sales practices, strategies, techniques in a highly competitive environment.
3. Strong knowledge of current and emerging communication technologies.
4.Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with customers and influence staff and all departments in the corporation.
5.Ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, dealers & internal customers.
6.Must maintain a high level of commitment to the support and development of employees.
7.Ability to strategically plan & coordinate sales in a highly competitive environment.
8.Active community presence & involvement 7 days a week, which directly or indirectly promotes SaskTel's image, products, activities & market position.
9.Positive, self-motivated and aware of our changing environment. The ability to react quickly and responsibly to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner.
10.Ability to work under adverse and stress conditions to meet customer expectations while succeeding in the delivery of the corporate goals.
