Summary
The Senior Audit Tech ensures that all our clients corporate accounting policies and procedures are adhered to. The Senior Audit Tech must be knowledgeable of, and accountable for all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Audit Tech reports all reliable accounting data directly to the Partners while leading a team of audit members.

Job Duties
Preparation of financial statements and tax filings in accordance with our company standards for clients in a variety of municipal entities, owner managed businesses and non-profit enterprises.
Plan and oversee the fieldwork for audits and reviews of small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries.
As the leader on engagements, you will supervise the preparation of financial statements of audit clients and review the work of the audit team while completing the complex portions of the file.
Effectively communicate with our clients, partners, government agencies and other staff.
Regularly updating Partners and other team members.
Providing supervision and training to other staff members.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
CPA Designation required
A minimum of three (3) years public accounting experience is preferred, with an emphasis on assurance.
Above average analytical and problem solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead client engagements
Demonstrated commitment to professional client service
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Adobe, Caseware, Jazzit and Profile software.
Ability to adapt to and learn fast new software
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy while deadline oriented
