Position Summary

The Store Managers primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the operation of a satellite retail store to ensure it is stocked well and has profitable operations.  The Manager will strive to increase customer base by providing high quality, food safe products to customers in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Key Accountabilities:
Creating an exceptional customer experience
Managing a retail/production team of approx 4 people
Being a brand ambassador in the community
Inventory Control
Store layout, display, and standardization
