Facility: Nurses Alumni Wing
Job Description: The incumbent will provide individual, couple and group counseling to adults referred to Community Adult Mental Health and Addictions Services. The incumbent will also provide clinical supervision, consultation and training in the use of the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS) to staff within Community Adult Mental Health and Addiction Services throughout the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Regular and ongoing responsibility (25% of work time) will be for teaching or training health authority staff and students in this specialty. Will participate in the development of training and practice policy and procedure for the specialty practice, this may include policy and procedure in relation to research activities. This position reports to the Manager of Community Adult Mental Health Services.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Certification as a trainer in Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS)
Experience
Two years experience in the use of the PCOMS system.
Training and experience in providing clinical supervision, consultation and training to other mental health professionals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated competence in social work clinical practice in a mental health and addictions service setting
Demonstrated competence in both clinical and administrative staff supervision
