Reliable Integrated Solutions Ltd is currently seeking a sales executive to grow existing customer accounts as well as find and develop new accounts for HVAC maintenance and Service. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts by inquiring about current and upcoming opportunities, responding to RFP's and bid requests using a consultative approach to develop optimum solutions
Responsible for lead generation and client acquisition with building owners and property managers
Prepare professional proposals in response to HVAC maintenance and service opportunities including design development, producing estimates, proposal writing and follow through to closing
Promote, develop and secure HVAC maintenance agreements with existing and new clients
Developing accurate estimates that meet the client's needs and achieve profit objectives
Initiate and develop personal relationships with existing and potential clients through industry events and associations
Being an aggressive and proactive member of the Reliable team
Meet or exceed sales quotas and required minimum profit margins
Required
Strong Background in HVAC Sales and/or Support
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC service, maintenance and retrofits
Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specs, proposals and contracts
Excellent verbal, listening and customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
