Looking for a rewarding job? We are looking for Youth Care Leaders to work at our Buckland  campus near Prince Albert.

The Youth Care Leader role provides leadership, continuity, and expertise during the day-to-day operations of the unit. As a Youth Care Leader you will provide leadership for activities promoting pro-active front-line decision making, positive role modeling in a therapeutic, stable and safe environment.

- Hourly wages for full-time employees are $27.13 to $35.07, dependent on experience and education.

Conditions for employment:
- Provide a current criminal record background check which meet policy guidelines.
- Must possess a valid class 5 novice 2 or experienced drivers license and provide a current drivers abstract.
- Must be available for shift work which includes days, evenings and weekend rotations.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in the fields of youth care work, recreational therapy, psychology, social work, kinesiology, and/or health studies is required.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with behavioural, emotional, physical, and mental challenges would be an asset.
