The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is directly responsible for a wide range of duties from office organization, reception duties and general assistance. Overall, this position provides support for the entire office, however, the primary function is assisting the Office Manager. The position is directly responsible for a variety of confidential and administrative functions of the Great Western Brewing Company.

Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
-Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
-Respond to incoming emails and direct to other team members as needed.Opens and closes the Great Western Brewing Company as per the working hours
-Respond to incoming sponsorship and consumer concerns by email or direct call
-Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
-Creation and editing of correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations making editorial changes, and contributing content.
-Travel arrangements including itineraries, flights and hotels as needed.
-Meeting events and coordination including: agendas, materials, logistics and catering as necessary.
-Daily couriers as needed, daily mail intake and distribution
-Expense report preparation as required
-General administrative support including: filing, ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.
-Research and other duties as required.
