Retail Store Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing merchandise and supervising staff.

Retail Store Supervisor Job Duties:
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service
requirements.
Forecast the sales volume and make effort to keep on track.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
Make planogram to provide effective merchandising.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
Resolve the problems during operation, such as customer complaints and supply shortage.
Gather reporting documents for directors analysis.
     Provide training to new sales staff or cashiers.
     Regular deposit the cash to bank.
     Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
