The Banquet Supervisor will work well with the Banquet Manager and Supervisory team to execute brilliantly on the floor exceeding guest expectations. As a Supervisor you will liaise effectively with the Kitchen and the Catering Consultants, communicating needs of client to ensure needs are taken care of; as well as being a point of contact with Convener exhibiting professionalism and obtaining confidence of the client.
Your attributes must be defined as customer service focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle multiple changes efficiently and professionally. In this role you will coach, motivate, and develop Banquet associates ensuring standards are adhered to.
2 years experience in hospitality with a minimum of one year in Banquet Service
Previous experience with a point of sale and/or catering sales program
Strong communication skills, personable and ability to motivate people to achieve common goal
Detail oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, but majority are evening shifts
