RAM Industries Inc. (www.ramindustries.com) is seeking a dynamic individual for Marketing & Communications Coordinator.  The role of this position is to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that generate sales leads for the company to increase its market share.

Primary duties include:

- source leads and maintain electronic lists;

- develop and implement company marketing calendar;

- develop and distribute advertising & communication pieces, including technical product literature, print ads, online promotions and
  email campaigns;

- update and maintain high product photography suitable for print and online use;

- manage company website and search engine positioning;

- negotiate and manage needs with 3rd party provides such as publishers, printers, and programmers.

This role requires an individual comfortable in a selling environment with the ability to understand RAMs technical products, OEM customer needs, and competitors.  Excellent verbal communication skills (including interviewing abilities) and above-average written skills are required.  This individual must be exceptionally organized to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines, with a very high attention to detail.

Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.  Previous work experience in sales, advertising, or technical communications is important, preferably in business-to-business and/or industrial product sales environments. Candidates must have above average photography and computer skills. Exposure to hydraulic cylinders or a basic knowledge of mechanical equipment is an asset.
