1. Must be Red Seal Chef-Journeyman`s papers or someone who has enough trade experience that you can challenge your exam
2. Will assist the Chef to lead the food production on the floor
3. Is a working chef/supervisor who will predominately work 11:30am-7:30pm 5 days a week
4. Out of scope hourly position
5. Must be able to follow strict guidelines according to the Statement of Work requirement
6. Will cover off Chef when they are on holidays
7. Must be able to give direction to hourly unionized members
8. Experience with menu creation, costing, creativity, inventory etc considered assets
9. Must have 5 years experience working in a food service environment
