The Saskatchewan Foster Families Association, Inc. (SFFA) is seeking a full-time Recruitment and Training Coordinator.
The SFFA is a non-profit association that provides supports to over 500 foster homes throughout the province.
The main objective of the position is to:
-Respond to inquiries about becoming a foster parent
-Coordinate training for the organizations members
-Establish and maintain relationships with the community to raise awareness of the need for foster parents
-Enter data, maintain records and provde reports as required
Qualifications:
-Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
-Superior knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Dynamics CRM
-Superior written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
