Position: Breakfast Attendant
Reports to: Rooms Manager
Scope:
The breakfast attendant will prepare and serve the breakfast offerings and clear the breakfast area each day following the corporate plan and training.
Responsibilities
Complete Food Safe training and maintain compliance throughout the shift.
Set up breakfast counter to plan.
Prepare the breakfast offering as trained
Insure quality and quantity of food is maintained throughout the breakfast period.
Clear the breakfast area in a timely manner for other diners
Upon completion of the breakfast period remove the counter supplies and store accordingly
Assist guests as requested
Insure sufficient supplies on hand for the next meal service
Food Safe level 1 training required
Complete other duties as assigned
****Shift begins at 5:00 am
