Adecco is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep operations for a commercial cleaning company in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are looking for a reliable professional to ensure that the companys facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support business operations. To qualify for this Maintenance Supervisor opportunity, you must have previous experience as a Maintenance Supervior or performing in a supervisory role within a commerical cleaning or housekeeping setting.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
- Perform inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, and to monitor client satisfaction and service level delivery
- Provides support and advice to the cleaning staff
- Completes performance reviews of cleaning staff and addresses any areas that require corrective action
- Identified and implements strategies to improve efficiencies
- Coordinates and allocates workload of cleaning staff
- Manage relationships between the client and service providers
- Provides cleaning staff with required training including product knowledge, OHS, and WHMIS
- Strategizes and implements succession planning for future cleaning staff, to ensure a smooth transition and consistent client service delivery

Maintenance Supervisory Qualifications:
- Completed college diploma, ideally within an administrative capacity
- 5 years of experience performing as a Maintenance Supervisor
- A willingness to coach, mentor and lead a team with an emphasis on communication
- Valid Drivers License is required as some travel is necessary
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, on occasion as regular hours are not guarenteed
- Basic computer skills are required
